I worked with Carmela at Bloomberg, where she brought my team's TV scripts to life with her amazingly crafted and well thought through animations. Because of her passion for animation and the fact that she was a joy to work with, I then hired her to work for me at IG as a motion graphics editor. She worked for me for 3 years on a regular basis. She is the consummate professional, works until the job is done, not until the clock strikes 5. She is not just great at creating the graphics, she is also extremely creative and it is great to see her storyboard scripts that could otherwise be dull. She works well as a team but also on her own, and doesn't need to be micromanaged. The quality of her work is excellent, and that doesn't mean she takes a long time. In fact the opposite. I am often surprised at how fast she turns things around. She is also extremely loyal. Basically a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.
